There's lots of activities that work for parties. If it's sunny you could get big magnifying glasses for everyone and find an anthill. You could get a bunch of stuffed animals together and have a nice tea party. Maybe rent out McDonald's or Burger King and have your party there. Finger painting? Taxidermy? Definitely try and get some beers. How many people are there? If it's only a few you could all play Black Ops zombies or another game. Shave your dog or cat. Hire a clown to scare your friends. Pin the tail on the donkey perhaps?
