How can I contact the chinese post?

I sent a parcel from China to Germany at the beginning of march but it hasn't arrived here yet. I didn't get a tracking number. How can I contact the chinese post so I may get contact with the Luoyang office I sent it from? Maybe they still got the file/papers about it. Or is there any other way possible to track the parcel?
