What tennis GRAND SLAM is reguarded as the best?

What I mean is, of the 4 main tennis Grand slams, is there a particular players want to win the most? Or, if a player could only win one grand slam which one would it be.....OR do they hold the same value to the player (excluding the reason that some players may want a title more cus they are on home soil)
