In tennis do you use both hands or one hand to hold the tennis racket, Please Answer!?

Ok so me and my best friend are planning on going for Tennis, but the only experience with it is playing it on the Wii. So I was wondering... Do we use both hands when holding the tennis racket or one?!? Thanks for reading!!! And thank you if you answer!!!!
