UPS email about a parcel?

I just received an email from UPS and it says a parcel with arrive at my home in 3 business days. Yet, I have not ordered anything and am not anticipating anything. There is a download available with it, but I tried downloading it twice, and neither times has it appeared on my computer. Has anybody else had a similar experience? What could it be?
