USPS Express Mail to Australia - Will it get a delivered on the Queen's Birthday?

Baciscally im really excied to get my parcel from the USA, it has been sent via USPS Express Mail, and should be here tomorrow, but in Australia its a Public Holiday tomorrow on Monday. I was wondering if it could still be delivered tomorrow even though its a public holiday
