How does a private citizen force obama to do what petitions and law suits can't?

I've been saying all along since Trump walked into the picture that any day now he would find 0bama's BC and declare him eligible...Please don't fall for this crap. Trump supported 0bama's 2008 campaign. He's thrown lavish parties and vacationed with George Soros. He donated to Raum Emanuel's mayoral campaign. This was all a set up.
