Who will be blamed if there is a govt shutdown?

The dems refused to pass a budget alst year when they were supposed to. The dems have demanded things that only keep our deficit problems a threat. Obama has been playing chicken only to increase the drama and hopefully jump start his falling poll numbers. I would like to think that if you were told that someone wanted you to die tomorrow but are willing to compromise and let you live another year, you might not be so keen on compromise either.
