How long will a parcel take to get to Norway from UK?

I sent it on Thursday. Will I also have to pay any custom charges? I marked it as a gift on the form, and the value of about �15. How long will it take to get there and will I have to pay any custom charges on it? It's just a t-shirt and a letter, surely that won't get charged as a custom? She left one of her t-shirts that she wanted to wear here and she's gone for a good 3 months so she asked me to send it over. What will happen? Thanks.
